Need to return something? We're sorry it didn't work out!
Please follow the guide below regarding returns.

General Returns

You may return your Pipi’s purchase for a Gift Voucher providing it meets the following criteria;

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS & EARRINGS


Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the date you received your order. Pipi's reserves the right to deny any returns that are received outside these conditions.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable. Please return items via a traceable mail service as Pipi’s is not responsible for lost packages returned back to us. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for all returns to be processed from the date it is received by Pipi’s.


Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via the email address provided in your Pipi’s order. You will receive a separate email containing your Gift Voucher details and how to use your Gift Voucher. Please ensure to check your Junk & Spam inboxes for all emails from Pipi’s.

Afterpay Returns

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will deposit store credit into your Pipi’s account. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Pipi’s is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. The store credit will be deposited for the total value of the item(s) returned. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay on  1300100729. Please do not send your items back to the manufacture.

Faulty Returns


On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online, please email us at support@pipisboutique.com immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy and if you want store credit or a refund once the item has been deemed a fault by the warehouse. 

Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date). Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post the item back to: 120 Princes Hwy, Ulladulla NSW 2539.

Failing to include the postage receive will unfortunately disallow us to reimburse you for the returned shipping cost. Please note that the return shipping cost can be reimbursed with only a Gift Voucher for Pipi’s. If we are unable to determine/approve a manufacturing fault or if a garment is significantly different from the image and description displayed online we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse you for the return shipping cost.

Refunds & Exchanges


In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Pipi’s is not required to provide a refund for sizing, fit or change of mind returns. For example, should you make the wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind, within compliance with Consumer Rights Pipi’s is not obligated to offer a refund. 

If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer a store credit within 14 days of receiving the returned item, (You will need to cover the cost of return postage). Your store credit is valid for 12 months. Send us an email at support@pipisboutique.com and send your item to: 120 Princes Hwy, Ulladulla NSW 2539.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at the discretion of Pipi’s Boutique.
