REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope you love your Pipi's order, but if something wasn’t quite right rest assured you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order!

 

Returns for Refund or Store Credit: 

  • We offer refunds on full priced items only.
  • Items purchased during any promotions qualify for STORE CREDIT only, this includes FREE SHIPPING promotions.
  • You will be required to cover the postage costs. 
  • Items must be returned in same condition as when received. 
  • Please return your item/s to our warehouse by post >> Pipi's Returns 1/122 Princes Highway Ulladulla NSW 2539 within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sale or one-off promotional items.

  • Returns are for store credit ONLY.
  • Return postage is to be covered by You 

Faulty items 

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@pipisboutique.com.au within 3 days of receiving your garment to organise return/replacement.

Exchanges - We do not Offer Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not hold for exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product we recommend you purchase the item you would like to secure and we will refund your returned garment once received. 

Afterpay Returns

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will deposit store credit into your Pipi’s account. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Pipi’s is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. The store credit will be deposited for the total value of the item(s) returned. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay on  1300100729. Please do not send your items back to the manufacture.
